Ibadan-based Poetry Enclave (POEN), organised by performer and theatre activist, Mr. Anthony Ebika, will tomorrow, Thursday, November 30, 2017, hold a Sam Omatseye Poetry Festival (SOMAFEST) in honour of the celebrated journalist, poet and novelist, Omatseye.
