ASUU, CONUA differ, issue counter orders on IPPIS
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) yesterday ordered its members not to enrol in the contentious Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).
