Election Petition: Court permits Atiku, Obi, others to serve Tinubu through APC
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has granted permission to Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of Labour Party (LP) and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) to serve their petitions on the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, through the All Progressives Congress (APC).
