Group rescues 10-year-old girl roaming Port Harcourt streets

A rights group, the Centre for Basic Rights Protection and Accountability Campaign, yesterday, said it rescued a 10-year-old girl roaming the streets of Mile 2, Diobu in Port Harcourt City Council of Rivers State.
