Otu stops all ongoing building construction in UNICROSS
Cross River State governor Bassey Otu has ordered the immediate stoppage of all unauthorised ongoing building construction work on University of Cross River State (Uncross) land in Calabar pending the outcome of an investigation of their status by the government.
