Court orders ICPC to unfreeze firm’s accounts, release seized property

A Federal High Court, Abuja, has faulted decision of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) to freeze Blaid Construction Limited and its director, Mrs. Ochuko Momoh’s bank accounts. In spite of a suit filed against it,
