‘IPOB was never lawfully proscribed’

The Directorate of Legal Affairs, Research and Global Communications of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) stated on Tuesday that the proscription order issued against the group (IPOB) in 2017 by the federal government was unconditional. It noted that the
