Biosah family mourns as Chief Roland Ogugua Biosah passes on at 80

The Biosah family of No. 1 Umuolo Street, Onicha Ugbo, Delta State, has announced the passing of their patriarch, Chief Roland Ogugua Biosah (MBE), who died at 80.
