NSCDC arrests three, recovers three wooden boats with contraband in Lagos

The Commandant General’s monitoring unit, Western Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested three suspects and recovered three wooden boats loaded with 292 bags of rice. The wooden boats were ferrying the rice suspected
