NCAC, crafts dealers trade blame over Abuja fire incident

As investigation into the cause of fire that gutted Arts and Crafts Village, Abuja, continues, Director General, National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), Otunba Segun Runsewe, has blamed arts and crafts dealers for the incident.    According to him,
