Mixed reactions trail ‘Not Too Young To Run’ law

Former President of Igbo think thank, Aka Ikenga, Goddy Uwazurike, has described the enacted “Not Too Young To-Run” Act assented on Thursday by President Muhammadu Buhari “as a mere humorous law.”
