Umahi asks govs to supervise ongoing Federal road projects in states

Minister of Works, David Umahi, has called on state governors to get involved in supervisory activity of ongoing federal roads in their states, threatening not to refund any amount spent on a federal road project, which is not properly supervised by the state.
