Otti: Inauguration committee organises prayers to re-dedicate Abia to God

The Organising Committee for the ‘Abia State Re-dedication and Dr Alex Otti’s Thanksgiving Service’, has declared a seven-day prayer, fasting and thanksgiving period in the state.
