REC expresses concern at low turnout of voters as voting progresses in Lagos

Mr Akin Orebiyii, the Resident Electoral Commissioner (INEC) in Lagos State on Saturday said that he was miffed by the low turnout of voters for the April 11 governorship and state House of Assembly elections.
