Rivers, Shell inaugurate CDB for Assa North Gas project

The Rivers State Government and Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC), in Port Harcourt, inaugurated the Egi/Igburu Cluster Development Board (CDB), for pipeline communities to SPDC’s Assa North Gas project.
