EFCC sued over extra-judicial detention

A Lagos-based businessman, Emuobosa Nelson Omo-ode, has filed a notice for committal of extra judicial detention against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at an Igbosere magistrate court, Lagos.
