Unions petition NCAA over ground handling charges

Two leading aviation unions have jointly petitioned the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) over the continued threat to the “integrity” of handling rates, otherwise known as the Safety Threshold Ground Handling Charges.
