Okowa swears in new commissioner, attributes administration’s success to participatory governance

Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta on Thursday swore in Mr Mofe Pirah as the 25th commissioner in his cabinet haven previously sworn in 24 commissioners on July 30.
