Seadogs takes PVCs collection sensitisation to markets, streets in Lagos

Members of the National Association of Seadogs (NAS), at the weekend, took the Get-Your-PVCs (Permanent Voter Cards) campaign to Census and Aguda markets as well as streets in Surulere and its environs.
