Man drags Nigerien Govt to ECOWAS Court for allegedly tolerating serfdom

A man, Mr Hassane Nouhou, has dragged the Nigerien Government before the ECOWAS Court of Justice for allegedly tolerating serfdom in spite of signing international instruments against the practice.
