Kerry urges phasing-out of toxic greenhouse gases

US Secretary of State John Kerry on Friday urged signatories of an international ozone pact to back the phasing-out of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) -- toxic greenhouse gases thousands of times more potent than carbon dioxide.
