Drama as EFCC rearrests Ofili-Ajumogobia for retrial
A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja yesterday struck out the suit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against the embattled former Federal High Court Judge, Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, saying it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the suit.
