Ikale celebrates cultural day with fanfare

The yearly Ikale Cultural Day celebration, organised by Ikale Development Union (IDU), Lagos branch, was held in Ikeja, Lagos, amidst fanfare, as dignitaries from all walks of life graced the occasion.
