‘Edo highest in PVCs collection since introduction of CVR’
Yesterday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said that Edo State has been rated highest in Permanent Voter Cards collection since the introduction of Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) for off-cycle elections.
