Irene Onwuka emerges PYU Vice President, pledges to tackle youths unemployment

Rights activist, Ms. Irene Onwuka has emerged the Vice President, West Africa, Pan-African Youth Union (PYU) with the pledge to work assiduously to address youths unemployment in the sub-region.
