Court restrains trade fair management, others from possessing land

Justice A.M Lawal, sitting at the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, has issued an Interim injunction restraining Lagos Trade Fair International Management Board and others from encroaching, trespassing, interfering or possessing a disputed land, located at Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, Badagary Expressway, Amuwo Odofin local government area.
