Appeal panel orders rerun election in part of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial

The Appeal Court in Calabar, yesterday, ordered a fresh election in parts of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial and Ikot Ekpene/Obot Akara/Essiem Udim Federal Constituency.
