NGO alleges extortion of HIV patients in Delta

The Executive Director of Keyenum Immalah, Mrs. Faith Nwadishi, at the weekend alleged that free anti-retro viral drugs were being sold to carriers of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
