Libya arrives in Uyo, feigns ‘unpreparedness’

The Libyan delegation to tomorrow’s Morocco 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria arrived in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on Tuesday with a litany of excuses.
