Ogunye, Onumah seek restructuring of Nigeria

Two distinguished Nigerians, Jiti Ogunye and Co-ordinator of the African Centre for Media and Information Literacy, Dr. Chido Onumah, have advised that Nigeria needs restructuring for it to move forward.
