2023 polls: Kwara INEC to procure dummy card readers for training

The Resident Electoral Commission (REC) in Kwara, Malam Garba Madami, says the commission will procure dummy smart card readers to train prospective ad hoc staff that will take part in the 2023 elections in Kwara.
