Osun Decides: INEC officials arrive early as voters turn out in Osogbo, Ede

Voters turned out early on Saturday in Osogbo and Ede in Osun State to exercise their franchise in the governorship election, amid heavy security presence and the early arrival of officials and election materials at polling locations.
