Open cargo section of Mbakwe airport, Okorocha tells Ihedioha

Former Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, has urged his successor, Emeka Ihedioha, to open the cargo section of the Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport for operations.
