Lagos begins clamp down on mechanics converting highways to workshop

Following reports and complaints by road users, Mechanic Operation Enforcement Unit (MOEU), an enforcement unit of Lagos State Ministry of Transportation, has started a clamp down on mechanics, who have converted highways in Lagos into workshops. A warning message
