Marwa advocates assets confiscation in drug war
Chairman/Chief Executive of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig. Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa (rtd), has urged counterpart agencies in Africa to target assets of drug cartels to weaken their networks.
