NERC orders Discos to refund monies paid under CAPMI scheme
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has directed the electricity distribution companies (Discos) to refund all monies collected from consumers for meters under the scrapped Credited Advanced Payment for Metering Implementation (CAPMI) scheme.
