Borno government, Army re-open Maiduguri – Dikwa – Gamboru/Ngala border road

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that there was restriction of movement on the 138-kilometre border road linking Nigeria to Cameroon and Chad Republic, due to insurgency.
