‘Nigeria's systemic failure fuelling 'japa' syndrome among youths’

Vice Chancellor of Elizade University, Prof. Kayode Ijadunola, at the weekend, said that the systemic failure in the country had been fuelling the 'japa' syndrome among the youths seeking a functioning society.
