Group woos kinsmen in diaspora, mobilises grassroots for South-East development

A  non-governmental,  non-political, economic-driven movement aimed at transforming the Igbo ethnic nationality, Ohaigbo Community Development Initiative, OCDI (aka SEDAC)  has wooed Igbo kinsmen in the diaspora to think home for the development of communities in Igboland.
