Organisation flays Umahi’s decision to establish herders’ settlement in Ebonyi

The Organisation of Ebonyi State Indigenes in the Diaspora (OESID) has criticised the decision of Gov. Dave Umahi of Ebonyi to establish grazing reserve settlements for herdsmen in the state.
