Bus driver alleges extortion by LASTMA officials

A Lagos commercial bus driver, Ogaloke Gbenga, has accused officials of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) of maltreating him for his refusal to accede to their request over alleged traffic offence.
