HASG fault Lagos, Kaduna governments onslaught on OOH media

Members of the Heads of Advertising Sectoral Group (HASG) have condemned the onslaught by Lagos and Kaduna States against Out-of-Home Advertising media, insisting that the development can strangulate business.
