Lagos moves to reform red meat value chain

To ensure the consumption of healthy and wholesome red meat in Lagos State, the Commissioner for Agriculture, Gbolahan Lawal, has inaugurated a three-pronged strategy with the acronym ATM – Abattoir, Transportation and Market.
