Late arrival of INEC officials for Akwa Ibom rerun election

Voting has yet to commence in most polling units in Saturday’s rerun election for Ikono/Ini Federal Constituency of Akwa Ibom, due to late arrival of officials from the Independent National Election Commission (INEC).
