Okowa congratulates Bishop Mogekwu at 70

Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, yesterday, congratulated the Bishop of Asaba Diocese, Anglican Communion, Rt. Rev. Justus Mogekwu, on his 70th birthday anniversary and retirement from the service of the church.
