Three buildings have collapsed as flood ravaged parts of Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Sanusi Yahaya, while confirming this in Lokoja on Thursday, said persistent downpour of the past few days led to the flooding and structure collapse.
