Muslim students have constitutional right to use hijab, says sultan

The Sultan of Sokoto and President-General, Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, has enjoined Muslims across the country to always demand their rights within the ambit of the law.
