48-year-old woman arrested for attempted fraud in Lagos

Operatives of the Mushin Command of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) have arrested Toyin Ariyo, a 48-year-old suspected fraudster accused of attempting to swindle a teenager in Lagos.
