INEC’s admin secretary, others accused of poll conspiracy in Delta

While the dust raised by the outcome of last weekend’s election is yet to settle, Delta State chapter of Nigeria Democratic Congress Party (NDCP) has maintained that key staff of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are involved in the conspiracy to undermine the election.
