Zulum gives college till November 1 to resume academic activities

Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has given the staff of Umar Ibn Ibrahim El-Kanemi College of Education, Sciences and Technology (UICEST), Bama, till November 1, 2021 to commence academic activities or risk his hammer.
